A single fabricwith dual performance

The family of needled fabrics includes materials which are recompacted by a mechanical, vertical perforation carried out using needles. The technique used to bound the different fabrics does not use threads or seams and lets us to obtain wefts where resin coating or heat-setting processes can be applied after to increase the resistance of the final product.

Bounded fabrics are made by merging several surfaces using a coating in between, fabrics which may have different characteristics. Coupling two different materials allows us to obtain a double-sided product - straight or reverse - but also to achieve different performance and aesthetic characteristics.
