The furs may vary in length and finesse to achieve different aesthetic results. Short fur for a beaver effect, shiny for a mink-like effect, or long for a fox effect or even animalier patterns reproducing various types of animal coats. In addition, there are numerous fur-like products with painting or floral patterns, intentionally dissimilar from real fur.
Synthetic and natural fur can undergo treatments such as tye&dye printing effects , wrinkle-effect or softening.
