Founded in 1972 by Piero Antonio Cavicchi and Carlo Alberto Nistri, Furpile Idea started its production of fabrics in the then-developing market of furs. In the ’80s, devoting to the research of new solutions and products, we started the production of new technologies such as articles in fleece and knitwear aspects realized on circular machines, becoming in a short time a leading company in the sector.
The continuous search for new solutions and products has led Furpile to always be open-minded towards all the news in the sector.
Today
Today, the textile production of Furpile Idea is distinguished by specialization, quality of fabrics and innovation. Thanks to a young and motivated staff that is able to adapt to the needs of a constantly evolving market, we are known as one of the most dynamic companies in the textile district of Prato.
